Paul Premachuk...A Great Loss for Houston Hockey

Houston hockey has suffered a great loss.  Paul Premachuk, head coach of the ISHL Cinco Ranch Varsity team, passed away suddenly last week while in Canada. Paul was extremely dedicated to his family, a devoted friend, a positive role-model to his players, and a visible champion of youth sports.  He will be sorely missed by us all and please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

Register On-Line with USA Hockey

The ISHL requires all ISHL participants to register with USA Hockey, using USA Hockey's On-Line Registration. To register on-line, click here.
Additional ISHL registration forms will still be required and submitted by the team managers.

The Woodlands to Represent Houston in Rocky Mountain District Tourney

Congratulations to The Woodlands High School Hockey Team for being selected to represent Houston in the Rocky Mountain District National High School Tourmanent on March 20-22 in Phoenix, Arizona! This year there will be two teams from Texas, the other being from Dallas.

Coach Ian Stoneberg will lead the Highlanders, and we wish them success and many goals!

Announcing 2009 Scholarship Program

The ISHL is pleased to announce that the league will be awarding three (3) $1000 scholarships again this year to three (3) currently rostered in the ISHL graduating seniors.
